A JOINT STAND OF LEADING PARTS MANUFACTURERS AT AUTOPROMOTEC!

eXponentia, the leading European automotive technical training provider created by seven major automotive parts manufacturers - Gates, Johnson Controls (Varta), MS Motor Service International (Kolbenschmidt Pierburg), SKF, Tenneco (Monroe, Walker), TRW and Valeo - is delighted to have once again a common stand of over 220 m2 with its Shareholders during Autopromotec. The company will be present in Hall 16, stand C 38 from 22nd-26th May 2013 in Bologna.

eXponentia launches eXtest at Autopromotec!

At Autopromotec, eXponentia will launch the unique eXtest, an on-line test for mechanics on vehicle systems to discover the gaps in the mechanics knowledge and recommend the appropriate training. On the stand, visitors will have the opportunity to test the system on demand and in different languages.

The eXtest is economical and tests already exist or can be created easily in multiple languages on any particular subject. The mechanics scores can be aggregated into local, regional and national results to give networks an overview of their real technical capacity. From this information, eXponentia develops the recommended training programme. Market reaction has been extremely positive and the eXtest is now in use in France, Germany and the Netherlands.

The goals of the eXtest are the following:

- For the garages and workshops, the eXtest allows an assessment of the technical and sales skills of the mechanics. Through the results, long term action and training plans can be set up by your business.

- For the distribution groups and networks, the eXtest is a great tool to compare skills levels and adapt your strategy to your objectives. As the eXtest is easily customized, additional questions can be used for recruitment or internal assessment purposes.

eXponentia still ahead of the game with the technical helpline!

As a European leader on technical training and helpline, the eXponentia mission is to offer the European independent aftermarket mechanics (IAM) the technical expertise required to repair all vehicles, including the most recent, in order to strengthen their sales and profitability for the future. On the stand, eXponentia will also highlight the efficacy of their technical helpline, available to garages at low cost on a monthly subscription, and giving these garages the capability to grow their business by repairing cars otherwise beyond their reach.

Come and see our new services on Hall 16, stand C 38. We look forward to your visit!

NEW TRAINING ON EFFICIENT DIAGNOSTICS ON MODERN VEHICLES !

The modern vehicle is becoming more complex each day. Next to good know-how on all systems fitted in the vehicle, you also need to understand your diagnostic tools. Spending a lot of time on finding the problem might result in replacing a 25 euro sensor. You can charge the 25 euro sensor to your customer, but how do you charge the hours spent to your customer and how do you explain these log hours? Which our course "Efficient Diagnostics on Modern Vehicles", we will give you the guidelines in efficent diagnostics, so we will rapidly lead you to the solution of the problem.
We will also give you our tools to convince your customer on the time you have spent on finding the problem. And the same tools can be used to know and show that a certain 'error' is not an error but a system behaviour and does not need fixing. Lastly, we will give you the guidelines knowing what you can fix and where fixing the problem will become difficult. Not after spending 8 hours of (non-chargable) searching, but right from the start. Knowing your diagnostic procedures makes your diagnostics efficient on complex modern cars!
